He has held significant positions in Advancement, including Head of Advancement at the Australian National University College of Engineering Computing and Cybernetics, and Director of Advancement for The University of Melbourne and the University of Queensland. Previously, Eric was the Senior Director of Development at Georgetown University and the University of Wisconsin, where he honed his skills in developing donor relationships and driving fundraising initiatives.
